Cooking directions:

1. warm up vegetable oil in frying pan to the temperature rate 180 – 190^o C (minimal oil rate - 2 cm). Put 2–3 pieces into oil to determine it is warm enough. If pellets come to the surface after 5-10 seconds, it means the oil temperature is optimal;
2. put a semi-finished product by small portions (a little at a time) into the oil and fry for 10–20 seconds sinking by perforated spoon;
3. as soon as the straws come to the surface and get goldish color quickly take them out by perforated spoon avoiding overroasting and put into colander or sieve for oil surpluses to trickle down;
4. put fried straws into a dry dish and let them get cold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, paprika or another seasoning to your taste.
