Pellet frying equipment set consists of following major components: vibrobunker, batcher, frying oven, oil tank, 2 cooling devices, flavouring machine.

Pellet frying process consists as follows: pellet is loaded into vibrobunker (picture 1), and by means of batcher (picture 2) it is directed into frying oven (picture 3).

Fried product is unloaded from oven into cooling device (picture 5) for cooling and oil draining, whereupon it is delivered to flavouring machine (picture 6) for dosage and proportional adding of flavor additives. Next, finished product passes through specific cooling device (picture 7) for final cooling and is directed to its packaging.
